Festival of Frugality #274 – Where Did Everybody Go? Edition

Welcome to StupidCents and the 274th Festival of Frugality! The Festival of Frugality is one of the more popular blog carnivals, with 20 to 50 frugality posts each week, and even more that are not on topic.

So how many posts did we get? 10, plus 2 more by direct email that let me know what was going on. Turns out that the Blog Carnival submit page was giving people problems and not accepting most of the submissions.

So enjoy this short but exclusive edition of the Festival or Frugality!
