Is anyone else familiar with the story of www.p2p.com. It was the first “conviction” of an alleged stolen domain name. It’s a landmark case. Now if only they can jail people who steal your content without proper attribution. What are your thoughts, is the theft of a valuable domain name any different than any other theft?
